The aim of Brightway is to provide quality assistance to your organisation in achieving your goals through precise and influential verbal expression.
We do the words.
Brightway was initially set up as a servicing framework for the consultancy projects of its founder Marko Lepik. Brightway’s network has grown to consist of freelancers and project specific partners from various media outlets, production and IT companies, business consultancies, academia, and government agencies in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Helsinki, Istanbul, Warsaw, and Amsterdam.
We value freedom and support the principles of Open Source. Our wide web of contacts includes contributors who may be unavailable for public hire but may nevertheless be relevant to your projects. Many of these people are keen to employ their skills outside the frameworks of their nine-to-five jobs, making the services we provide to you easily scalable.
Marko Lepik

Over the past 12 years, in addition to regularly undertaking consultancy and training projects, Marko has worked as a journalist (press & TV), the Head of Communications and PR for the Estonian Ministry of Justice and a political party (in the capacity of a non-affiliated professional employee), a cabinet adviser to two defence ministers, a managing and marketing director to a cultural management organisation, and a lecturer.
With an MSc degree from the London School of Economics (LSE), an MA from the University of Tartu, and having previously also studied at Duke University, his fields of expertise include policy analysis, politics, communication, media, organisational culture, cultural identities and the EU governance.
He is fluent in Estonian and English, speaks good Russian, decent French, basic German and Finnish, and his Siamese is slowly coming along.
Our Philosophy
Minimalism. Expressive minimalism.
Short message, good message. Period.
